As both Head of Design and Manager, the objective was twofold: deliver high-end, print-ready custom design collections while establishing and managing daily operations, creative workflows, and team growth for the global market.
Balancing creative leadership with operational execution, the focus was set on high aesthetic precision, print craftsmanship, and exceptional customer satisfaction across international touchpoints.

Custom Stationery & Invitation Collections:
Designed bespoke wedding invitations, save-the-dates, RSVPs, birthday cards, and event collateral[cite: 1, 3]. Blended typography, foil stamping, letterpress, and premium print finishes to craft memorable physical products.
Print Production & Global Vendor Coordination:
Managed end-to-end print readiness (Final Artwork), liaising directly with specialized print partners across Australia, Indonesia, China, and India to ensure exact color accuracy, paper quality, and finishing standards.
Community & Open Design Challenges:
Managed and curated Paperlust’s weekly online design competitions open to independent designers worldwide, sourcing fresh design talent and driving continuous product catalog expansion.

Branch Operations & Team Building:
Built and scaled the local branch operations from the ground up—leading recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring junior designers and customer support specialists.
